We are seeking a Systems/Network Administrator to join our team! You will be responsible for interfacing with customers to provide system and network support and assist with new project implementations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage service tickets to comply with service level agreements
· Manage and update enterprise email systems (Microsoft Exchange and Office 365)
· Ability to install Windows Desktop operating systems from bare metal
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office & Office365 Suites
· Ability to install Windows Server systems from bare metal and configure basic services such as Active Directory, DHCP, Group Policy, etc.
· Troubleshoot network, firewall, server and workstation issues as needed
· Intermediate level of knowledge regarding the configuration and management of firewalls, routers, and switches
· Daily network maintenance and troubleshooting
· Occasional onsite Installation and troubleshooting of network software applications
· Maintains high customer satisfaction level by providing best-in-class support
Qualifications:
· 3 years minimum experience
· Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows Server Operating Systems
· At least one certification from the following required: MCITP, MCP, CCNA/CCDA/CCNP, Project+, Network+,Security+,VCP or equivalent
· Strong knowledge of Internet communication protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP)
· Strong communication skills
· Courteous and helpful demeanor
· Detail oriented
· Follow organizational standards
· Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
· Excellent customer relationship management skills
· Ability to clearly document procedures
· High school or equivalent education
· Must possess a valid driver’s license
· Submit to a civil and criminal background check
· Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting heavy equipment (up to 50lbs unassisted), bending, standing, climbing, or walking
Preferred (But Not Required):
· Experience in a Managed Service Provider environment
· Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administration Expert
· Knowledge of RMM and PSA tools
· Familiarity with Fortinet firewalls, VMware, SAN architectures
· Banking or Credit Union industry experience
· Associate or higher level degree in computer information systems, cyber security or related field
· Mitel VoIP experience
